Our story
Built for holders who want to see their bars, not a balance.
Real Vault Shipping/Security was founded in Warsaw to solve a problem its founders kept running into: custodians who stored gold but outsourced its transport, and carriers who moved gold but took no responsibility for what happened before or after the journey. Every handoff was a gap in the chain of custody, and every gap was a risk.
We built the company around a different model — one team, one facility, one record. Our Warsaw-Wawer vault receives, verifies and stores every bar on an allocated, segregated basis. Our own armoured fleet and vetted air and sea partners move it when you ask. And every step, from the scale reading at intake to the signature at destination, is documented in a portal you can open at any time.
Today we serve private holders, family offices, bullion dealers, refiners and corporate treasuries across Poland, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the UAE. The 2026 expansion of our facility added sixty percent more segregated capacity, and our full-value insurance cover has been renewed with increased limits for 2026/27.
How we work
Allocated, always
Specific bars, held under your name, never pooled or lent. If it isn't allocated and segregated, we don't offer it.
Two people, every time
No bar is weighed, sealed, moved or released by a single officer. Every handover carries two signatures.
The record is the product
Serial numbers, photographs, certificates and signed custody chains — kept complete and available to you in the portal.
Insured at today's value
Full replacement value on the day of loss, in the vault and in transit, with an A-rated underwriter.
Compliance without friction
KYC, sanctions screening and bonded storage handled by our own team, aligned with Polish and EU law.
